Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days starting when your order has been delivered.
  2. We do not refund the cost of the shipping of the item to the customer.The customer must pay for the return postage to our postal address and will not be compensated.
  3. We will only refund the cost of an item if it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and with labels still on.
  4. All refunds will be processed to the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
  5. Once the item has been received to our address refunds will be processed.
  6. Sale items are non refundable and non returnable. If you are in need of an exchange please contact us via email to discuss your options for size, colour etc.

STEPS FOR RETURNS

  1. Contact us via email info@natureswear.com with your name, shipping address, invoice details and reason for the return. 
  2. You will need to organise postage to the address below.
  3. We recommend using tracking should your item get lost in transit we will not process the exchange.
  4. Once the item has been returned to natureswear we will inspect the garment and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

STEPS FOR EXCHANGES

  1. Contact us via email info@natureswear.com with your name, shipping address, invoice details and reason for exchange. 
  2. You will need to purchase a prepaid post bag to be sent with the item being exchanges.
  3. We will use this prepaid post bag to return the item to you.
  4. We recommend using tracking should your item get lost in transit we will not process the exchange.
  5. Once the item has been returned to natureswear we will inspect the garment and notify you of the new tracking number for the item being sent.
